Stephen & Anna | Statfold Barn Wedding

Statfold Barn Wedding

Statfold barn railway is located on the rural edge of Tamworth in Staffordshire. The trust has recently started taking wedding bookings and I was delighted to be asked to shoot their initial wedding campaign. Wow what a venue it is too, so much potential for different style weddings and certainly has a unique twist to offer in more than one area. The Statfold site (spanning 400 acres) are looking to offer everything from Marquee and Tipi hosting, to quirky alternative weddings where bride & grooms can get married in the train museum while the guests watch from the turntable pit. The Roundhouse can offer a sizeable blank canvas for wedding breakfasts and reception events. The venue offers couples the opportunity for wedding guests to travel on an authentic victorian steam train, riding from a drinks reception in the walled garden to the roundhouse or marquee reception. From a photographers perspective there are endless areas to create cool and interesting images, the venue offers the chance to hire out different vehicles such as trams and vintage cars to use as cool props. The jewel in the crown is the stunning gardens with three lakes, a lakeside cabin, miniature railway and immaculate rose walkway.

Really looking forward to shooting a Statfold Barn Wedding.
